With your consent, we may also collect sensitive information about you (such as health information relating to a medical diagnosis and prognosis details, including home maintenance details).

Why we collect your personal information?

We collect your personal information to process and manage your application or nominations for a Westpac Foundation Inclusive Employment Grant and for related administrative purposes such as assessing your nomination or grant application, communicating with you throughout the nomination or grant assessment process and, where you or your organisation are approved grant recipients, using your details for our publicity and other media related purposes.

We may not be able to process, assess or award your application or nomination for a Westpac Foundation Inclusive Employment Grant if you do not provide the information requested.

Who we may exchange your information with?

We may exchange your information with members of Westpac Banking Corporation and its related entities who may use your information to assist in the processing and managing of your application or nomination for a Westpac Foundation Inclusive Employment Grant. Sometimes it may be necessary to share your information overseas, including the United Kingdom.

We may also exchange your personal information with our contracted service providers and persons involved in the establishment and maintenance of the Westpac Foundation, including volunteers.
